Quality and environmental policy

At Reseda, we have implemented a quality management system that covers all aspects of the production process, from planning to delivery. This system includes clear procedures for quality control, performance measurements, customer satisfaction and initiatives for continuous improvement.

We control all the processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality in CNC machining. This includes monitoring critical process parameters, equipment calibration and regular maintenance.

For our suppliers, certain clear criteria and expectations are set regarding the quality of materials, parts and components. We evaluate and rank suppliers who meet the required quality standards. We have implemented mechanisms for collecting customer feedback. We use this feedback to make improvements and increase customer satisfaction.

SAFETY

It is essential to ensure that operators are properly trained to operate and maintain machinery safely. This includes: training programs, personal protective equipment and safety equipment and regular maintenance.

REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF WASTE AND RECYCLING

We implement waste reduction strategies, which include optimizing the use of materials and reducing the amount of waste material or processing. Recycling programs for the various waste materials generated by CNC metalworking are in place; these materials include metal shavings, coolants and packaging materials. That is why we have specific partners for the correct disposal and recycling of these materials.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

We take measures to optimize energy use, such as turning off equipment when not in use, using energy-efficient lighting and monitoring energy use to identify areas for improvement.

HANDLING THE CHEMICALS

At our company, we practice proper handling of chemicals used in CNC machining processes, such as lubricants, coolants and cleaners. We ensure proper storage, handling and disposal procedures to prevent pollution and minimize environmental impact.

We understand that by implementing effective environmental management practices, the company can reduce its environmental footprint, increase sustainability, and contribute to a cleaner, more responsible manufacturing industry.

It is essential to ensure that operators are properly trained to operate and maintain machinery safely. This includes:

TRAINING PROGRAMS: Providing comprehensive training programs covering the safe operation of CNC machines, including proper handling of tools and materials, proper use of personal protective equipment and examples of particular cases.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Providing appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and protective clothing to operators and requiring its use as necessary.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE: establishing a maintenance schedule for inspection, cleaning and maintenance of CNC machines and related safety systems. This helps to ensure that machines are in optimal working order and reduces the risk of breakdowns.

Selecting high-quality materials for CNC machining processes is crucial for product quality. In addition, implementing effective quality control measures helps identify and prevent potential errors or problems. This includes: materials testing, inspection, function tests and traceability.
