Product quality
At RESEDA, we have implemented a quality management system that covers all aspects of the production process, from planning to delivery. This system includes clear procedures for customer satisfaction, quality control, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
We perform process controls to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality in CNC metalworking. This includes monitoring critical process parameters, equipment calibration and regular maintenance.
Clear criteria and expectations are set for suppliers regarding the quality of materials, parts and components. We evaluate and rank suppliers that meet the required quality standards. Through mechanisms for collecting feedback from customers, we obtain data that we use to improve and increase their satisfaction.
Environmental management
Environmental management at RESEDA includes the implementation of practices and measures to reduce the impact of production processes on the environment and promote sustainability.
Waste reduction and recycling
We implement strategies to reduce waste, which includes optimising the use of materials and reducing the amount of waste material or processing. We have recycling programs in place for the various waste streams generated by CNC metalworking, such as metal shavings, coolants and packaging materials. That is why we have designated partners for the proper disposal and recycling of these materials.
Energy efficiency
We take measures to optimise energy use, such as turning off equipment when not in use, using energy-efficient lighting and monitoring energy use to identify areas for improvement.
Handling chemicals
We use proper handling of chemicals used in CNC metalworking processes, such as lubricants, coolants and cleaners. We ensure proper storage, handling and disposal procedures to prevent pollution and minimise environmental impact.
We recognise that by implementing effective environmental management practices, a company can reduce its environmental impact, increase sustainability, and contribute to a cleaner and more responsible manufacturing industry.
Safety
It is essential to ensure that operators are properly trained to operate and maintain machinery safely. This includes:
Training programs
Providing comprehensive training programs covering safe operation of CNC machines, including proper handling of tools and materials and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Personal protective equipment and safety equipment
Providing appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and protective clothing, to operators and requiring their use when necessary.
Regular maintenance
Establishing a maintenance schedule to inspect, clean and maintain CNC machines and their associated safety systems. This helps to ensure that machines are in optimal working order and reduces the risk of breakdowns.
Materials quality and quality control
Selecting high-quality materials for CNC metalworking processes is critical to product quality. In addition, implementing effective quality control measures helps identify and prevent potential errors or problems. This includes material testing, inspection, testing and traceability.
